Liked it. All the movie (script included) is got the most elegant chic of the 70's. Not quite sure that the actual Billie's bio is quite right about that smooth relationship with men portrayed here, but just avoiding the amount of truth of certain aspects of her life, the movies is very beautiful & touching. 8/10

I have never been a huge fan of her as a singer, but Diana Ross was robbed when she did not win the Oscar for her amazing performance in this movie..INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!

I remember watching this growing up. it made much more of an impact the second time around. diana and billy dee williams were fantastic in this. richard prior...funny as ever. he's such a clown :) 4/5
