This is a really good holiday classic that everyone should see. James Stewart does a terrific job of playing George Bailey. this is another one I have on dvd so I watch it a lot. 5/5

Wonderful movie to watch at Christmas time, with the whole family. It also had a really good message. Had great acting and was very entertaining. Don't let it being black and white stop you from watching it. Wonderful movie. Worth a watch.

Little wonder this is still the most popular Christmas movie in the US, they just don't make 'em like this anymore. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. *****

I didn't know what movie to watch so i asked someone if they had any suggestion to what movie i should watch. Then someone told me to watch this movie and i did... I liked this movie it gave a really good feeling inside, the fact that it was a old movie it just made it better.

I really enjoyed this. Thought the story was very original and entertaining, at first I thought is was going to be boring, but it was the complete opposite. MUST SEE. Great for Christmas, and once you get into it's so good that you don't even notice it's in black and white!! Good and inspirational film. 5/5.

It's an awesome movie, very kind, very interesting fabulous movie about innocent people, about love and life, friendship and rivalry. After watching this movie U really want to live. No comments. 5/5

More a tradition than a film, James Stewart delivers a complex performance in a movie that's sentimentality accentuates it's dark and layered trajectory. Not well received upon it's release, it's status was attained after the fact via free domain on television.
