Watch Rodan: In the Japanese mining village of Kitamatsu, miners ares starting to disappear deep inside shaft number 8. Some of the men sent to investigate are killed but one who has managed to escape brings back a tale of a giant insect. Soon, the giant prehistoric insects are attacking the village. Not long after, something traveling faster than the speed of sound is found flying in the sky. It is Rodan, a giant flying prehistoric reptile that has come to life. It spreads terror throughout Japan and is seemingly invincible to any weapon they may throw at it. |

One of the best of the classic Kaiju films.Will never forget(since i was a child)that meganalon giant insect that attacks miners and invades the camp.Rejoice Kaiju Fans! Version 1(sockshare) is the original japanese version with english subtitles and a slightly longer runtime.No matter how fake many may find this the imagination behind this film ,back in the day, is awesome in this sci/fi thriller.Thats why most CGI movies fail-Too much effects and not enough Imagination,5/5

I remember seeing Godzilla 1st when I was a kid and then Rodan I'll never forget these movies .... and the soundtracks just led to the suspense .. awesome movie :):):)

my only problem with this film was not at the end but near it, them tanks looked so toyish, other than that, excellent movie. 10/10
