not 1 of uncle bucks best movie's, & sadly his last, but its still worth a watch for his fans, & there are a few real good giggles in there, i personally thought John c Mcginley was the real stand out, 7/10. :-)

I don't understand why this movie was received so poorly.I've seen much worse receive much higher praise. The only scene I had any problem with, was the scene that it supposedly "snowed" in June.I think they threw that scene in after Candy had already passed on.They show the back of the character that's supposed to be Candy, walking away into the distance, but I don't think it's him. There's a scene in their as well, that they doubled. It's when he pours the whiskey out of the bottle. They said all of his scenes were finished when he died, but that may or may not be true.It could have been a matter of directors prerogative after the fact,to go back and film a few more scenes that really didn't have anything to do with Candy's character.Oh well, who knows.Still a much better film than some say it to be.Good watch for comedy, and John Candy fans, especially.

It is possible because of Candy's Reputation as a "family" type Actor, in any case we cannot prove anything, it is about as reputable theory as Paul Mccartney dying in a Car wreck in 1965 and being replaced with a double. No proof, No pie!
