Watch Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star: TV child star of the '70s, Dickie Roberts is now 35 and parking cars. Craving to regain the spotlight, he auditions for a role of a normal guy, but the director quickly sees he is anything but normal. Desperate to win the part, Dickie hires a family to help him replay his childhood and assume the identity of an average, everyday kid. Several folk who are also involved in Dickie's special world include: Sidney, Dickie's longtime friend and agent; Cyndi, his on-again, off-again girlfriend; Peggy, Dickie's real mother; George, Dickie's adopted father figure; and Grace, his adopted mother figure. |

''Got any 'Gee Your Dead Rabbit Smells Terrific?' '' I love all of David Spade's movies, this one especially because of the kids and all of the former child stars. 10/10

This is an ok movie. Dickie Roberts is a former child star who didn't have a normal childhood so he hires a family to relive it. The family is annoyed with him at first, but they do it for the money. As time goes on, Dickie grows on them, well at least 3 out of 4 of them. There are some funny parts. It was cool to see the child actors now adults in a movie...

It was cool to see the people I watched when I was growin' up in this movie.The movie was good,but the part I liked best was the video in the end,that really brought back the memories! 7/10

I liked it, it was nice film I think it would be suitable for kids as well as adults. David Spade was funny, he had some witty and comical lines. I didn't exactly laugh out loud at the movie but I thought certain parts were funny even though I didn't laugh. Recently I dont seem to be laughing at that many comedy movies:/ 6.7/10 I like the boy in it who also played a young Matt Murdock in Daredevil, he's a likable child actor:) I thought Craig Bierko looked pretty cool and kinda bad-ass while he is rocking that goatee! I like his character's clothes too, they look slick. I love seeing Jon Lovitz in movies however he didn't make me laugh in this one:( I liked seeing Corey Feldman in a tiny role, I'm glad to know that the guy still gets some kind of work even though it was a cameo. The Brendan Fraser and Tom Arnold cameos were good as well, I wonder what they had to do to get Rob Reiner in this?
