overall movie is ok but the end was typical moralistic hollywood BS. no father will let his child die even if it means a street kid gotta be the victim. yeah, only hollywood americans got the morals of heavens. BS

I havent seen it yet but this is one of them movies that you can pretty much tell what the ending is going to be, think about it, dad looking for his kid a transplant donor....what would a dad do if he couldnt find one? DUH

WARNING - Stagevu Link: the last 13 minutes of the movie cannot be seen, video is messed up or corrupt! This is when the whole movie comes together, Bummer!

I liked this movie. It was certainly not predictable. As first poster, brenda, says, "full of hope and suspense". Very true. There are some difficult choices to be made at the end. I'll go 4/5. Well worth a watch.

wow......i wouldn't of want to have that fathers job..i never would of thought that he would of.............................. great storyline too. very heartbreaking ending and unexpected.

it was pretty good. As I've always said whatever you truly are no matter the circumstance will "always" reflect. It's worth a watch.

Great movie, great plot, and great performance by Dermot. Its very moving and has a shocking twist at the end that I would have never considered if I were in the same situation. First movie that I have seen where it displays morality winning over selfishness, regardless of what is to be lost as a result. Well, worth the watch and I'm giving it a 5/5.

Good movie, always liked Dermot Mulroney. Ending was unexpected. I would definitely recommend watching it.

Really good movie. At times hard to watch in a good way :) Great acting by Dermot Mulroney. Makes you wonder how far you would go for the love of your child. 4/5
