Classic. I really liked the plot. And the acting was very good. I love Sidney Poitier, he is an amazing actor! I found this very entertaining, I wasn't bored once. MUST SEE!

i found this movie sooo wrong..not wrong in the areas of interracial love..wrong int he way racism just hit you in the face. Like if this really was how the 60s was. blacks considering other blacks as uppity...eg..the maid..whos weezy from the jeffersons...saw the doctor as trying to climb out of his social class. But then again one can look at her and call her a uncle tom. God i hate racism.

I've seen this movie over 20 times and it never gets old......God I love this movie! all the actors & actresses were amazing.

this movie is one of the greats.. Very touching,,and true storyline.. Sidney poitire,, and Spencer tracy were fantastic,,in this sidneys best next to To Sir with love,,this movie is a diffently worth a watch,, this movie is a 10/10..enjoy

This is one of my favorite films. Sidney Poitier is marvelous, and the subject matter was quite bold for the times. Very well done. I really enjoyed the random dance interlude: it was quite funny. I love this film!

This was great. Amazing acting. Loved the plot. Funny and dramatic and also a fantastic romance film. Very well done. It's a classic and a must see! 5/5.
