this came as a pleasant surprise in the beginning, since it had a Hitchkock like plot.. but Alfred left the movie quite soon and i could not care less for the movie to end. 5/10 from my part.

It was a good movie, great gore. But I wasn't the biggest fan of the ending. It's a twist, which is always good.... but still didn't like it so much.

Definitely up there with the best Barker adaptations...not that there are many of those. The ending - true to the short story - is fantastic.

Well its not the worst film i have ever seen, but certainly no blockbuster. Wont watch agan unless Vinnie Jones asks me nice. Wouldnt watch if i had my time back there are much better movies to take up my time. 4/10

I enjoyed this alot, not the depravity mind you. It was a really good adapation of the short story. The student dentist and manicicure sceat really creaped me out.

I really enjoyed this movie right until the twist ending. What a disappointing route to take. I dont know if Clive Barker's original short story played out that way, but whew....sadness. Still, any fan of horror should watch this as Vinnie Jones does psycho way better than he does Juggernaut. Solid horror regardless.

A combination of disturbing gore scenes, good acting, progressive build-up and the unexpected twist at the end was certainly enough to make it a very entertaining and memorable movie.

This movie was a great flick.It is has become one of my favorites.Recommend to all horror fans.

I thought this flick was pretty good. I didn't think it was too slow, as some have said. The story could have had a little more depth, but it's a short-story adaptation, so it's a little hard to fill out without diverging too far from the original story line. The gore was cool, and yes, it looked as if it were shot for 3D. Watching it in regular 2D still gives it a neat surreal effect which I enjoyed. AND its got Rampage in it, who doesn't love some Quinton Rampage Jackson?! XD
