A great film which weaves the story of the Pied Piper into the narrative and ties in really well to the story and is a complete genius of a plot devise. Has a younger Sarah Polley, who has always done great work. Check out some of Atom Egoyan's other films too. They are all unique and worth your time if you are a lover of the craft of filmmaking. 4.5/5 stars from me.

Atom Egoyan does a fine job producing and directing this low-keyed film about how people deal with their own personal sorrows. Damn fine piece of cinemaphotography with a soundtrack that fit the film perfectly, this is going on my favourites list. 4.5/5 Thank you uplinkers.
