Let me edit this comment lest I anger the professional film makers and lobster creature lovers with an axe to grind who can't appreciate an unbiased view of this film. I still think it's an "Alien" rip-off like most movies after 1979. The scariest thing about this film was the explosive decompression scene. I much preferred "Leviathan" and "Event Horizon" for claustrophobic fear and the overall terror from being in enclosed spaces. Go figure!!!!

More than half of the movie they are fixing things. If I wanted to see that I would re-apply to my water bottling job. When the creature does show up, it is only for glimpses and isn't quite menacing. 2/5

Pretty good movie although it would have been better if it was shorter and the creature was shown a lot more. Cool monster though. Huge and mean.

Great sci/fi movie set under the ocean,whilst preparing an underwater site a sea monster is let loose,7/10.

I like the sea monsters creature films. This one is okay, I think the film would have been better if the monster would have looked more realistic but it's still a good storyline and good acting 4/5

If you love sea monster movies then Deep Star Six is a great one to watch now!

Quite cool, science-fiction horror film. That was a cool creature and special effects were good for the time. Really enjoyed it.
