i watched the 1st 20 minutes of this on demand and turned it off tho its got a deepness to it its still a bit boring and repetitive i give it a 1/10

One of my favorite movies!! This was a excellent movie. The storyline was interesting and the movie was very entertaining. The acting was fantastic. Really beautifully done! MUST SEE!

What I miss in the movie, though I like it, is the unpleasant, sex-secret driven town Grace Metalious depicts in her novel Peyton Place. These characters pale next to the gossipy, spiteful, immoral people she populated Peyton Place with.
