This movie was an eye opener for what some women live through everyday...must see.

I have a friend who lived through something very similar to this; not in Iran but in Egypt. The sweetest person you could hope to meet despite all that she had to endure.

I saw this years ago. Excellent film heartbreaking & tragic. Towards the end it is absolutely horrific!

Everyone in the west should watch this film just to see how lucky they are to not live in that kind of country.

What the hell?? Man I wish I had just one hour alone with that dick of a husband of hers!! This movie makes you realize just how good you really got it in life, I mean alot of ppl say there life sucks and really believe it, I know that women over in these countries who have it bad for real would love to trade places with all these other ppl who claim to have it so bad, those other women would take your life with a smile no matter how horrible you think you got it....this movie is sad, but it opens your mind to the way the world is, it's a good watch I recommend it to anyone....8.5/10!

Well, it certainly gets the heart pumping, emotions all over the place. Certainly gave me a lot of hate towards certain types of men who can carry out such law. Amazing that such a progressive country can still live in such biblical times. It is all a bit sickening really. I need time to recover and then figure out what I feel about this. Watch it, it will stay with you.

Sad true story based in 1986..may never watch again because of the graphic act of stoning but this woman was innocent in the fact of her husbands sin. The husband should have got stoned. Wow, Iranian women have no rights. I'm glad this story was told.

I have seen actual footage of angels, medical documents of miraculous healings, explainable and logical coincidences, lest not forget how much footage we have on evil spirits, ghosts, and demonds.C'mon foolish, lazy, ignorant, people, do your homework, seek and you shall find. Very good movie! Kept me interested the whole time. Such a sad story.....

They should do a film on Aisha Ibrahim Duhulow, the 13 year old girl stoned to death in Somalia for so-called adultery after she was raped. Injustice!

May Soraya rest her poor soul. May all those fools especially her husband rot in hell. Karma will come soon enough. These type of so called laws in the name of God still go on today all over the world. Women and girls do not have any rights. 10 stars for this movie. This movie was very powerful, heart wrenching, and outstanding. A must watch!

This powerful movie tells a tale so horrid and sad. It is heart gripping with stunning actors and casting. Surely, it is something to think about in the world we live today. A must watch only for souls who understand endurance and pride to be a woman. Who are also sensitive to such manners and accustoms. To know right from wrong. Awesome ending.

I did not know what to expect from this movie 10/10 . Makes one feel really humble and grateful for the life and freedom i have . A real eye opener.

this movie should never be forgotten. to think it still goes on today and there are factions that want to spread this hate and violence into my world, it angers me beyond words. "He who is without sin cast the first stone" --great words to live by.

What can I say about this film? Jim C is one of my favorite actors with such movies as ( Passion of Christ, and Frequency ) Because of those films, I stumbled onto this masterpiece. This movie is not for the faint of heart, and challenges a socially contentious matter that still goes on in some unseen parts of the world. This is moving, and breath taking and has opened my eyes to the world of independent film. Since this film I have vowed to keep my eyes more open to other indie films, again... Masterpiece...

The shocking truth of an ancient reality that still goes on in that part of the world to this day. While the rest of the world has found equality and progresses, other parts of the world have never left the dark ages. Everyone should watch this not only because it's a moving story, but because its something i think everyone should be aware of, and maybe one day the knowledge of these atrocities will lead to the freedom of Iranian woman. 10/10
