From the golden years of Hollywood.Made by artists and thinkers, unlike the artless, bankrupt wonders that work there these days.

A wonderful film that has a twilight zone mix to it.Surely ahead of its time, with great acting, directing and a haunting storyline. A little magic is needed in each life at times. In a world full of struggling people, where does hope come from? This is one film that I have enjoyed seeing several times now.Just as there are some people that leave unforgettable impressions upon our lives, this story reminds me of how life has strange ways of connecting events and people in remarkable twists we can never explain adequately. It's enough to make one question just what is going on behind the scenes and to never give up!

A haunting story of eternal love. My favorite work Jennifer Jones ever did. Joseph Cotten and Ethel Barrymore have a timeless, elegant performance in the masterpiece.
