this movie is one of those movies that u might think only kids would like it but this movie is realy awesome kinda creepy but a cool creepy like realy cool and creepy henry selcik made a great one with this a would recomend any one of any age to watch it ,it did not have glitches or some things that don't make sence it was pure and simple realy good story i would give it a 4,5 /5

A young girl walks through a secret door in her new home and discovers an alternate version of her life. On the surface, this parallel reality is eerily similar to her real life - only much better. But when this wondrously off-kilter, fantastical adventure turns dangerous, and her counterfeit parents (including Other Mother) try to keep her forever, Coraline must count on her resourcefulness, determination, and bravery to get back home - and save her family.

I ablsolutley love this movie, its suspensful, dark and a little on the macabre side for an animated movie. Kinda reminds me of tim burton films with that said if you enjoy time burton films you should give it a chance. sadly tim burton had nothing to do with coraline but one of my fav graphic novel writers Neil Gaiman did, it is based off a book of the same name, its not an exact interpretation but still one of the best, there is something horrifying about child abduction there is a canadian ghost story called the bell island hag kinda reminds me of the bell down WATCH THIS MOVIE 8/10

Coraline is not your usual kid's movie but, then how could it be? The story was written by Neil Gaiman, whose graphic novel, Sandman has Death as one of the nicest characters, and the movie was directed by Henry Selick who also directed Nightmare Before Christmas. With a combination like this, you know you're in for a rough ride.

First of all, I have to say that Coraline is not your usual heroine - she is not a nice little girl. She is whiny and unfriendly. Neglected by her parents, she crawls through a secret door in their very unusual house and what she finds is definitely not Oz. Things just go from bad to worse but she does make a friend - a little hunchback boy named Wyborn - which should tell you something about the people she encounters in this new place.

Coraline is a very dark story and the movie is spooky and scary. I enjoyed it immensely. With all the cutsey kids' movies out there, this is a refreshing change of pace. And, don't worry, it is just as good in 2D as it was in 3D.

it was a fantastic film i enjoyed every bit of it i would sugest it to any one of every age brlint work of course u would excoect that from the dirctore of the night mare before christmas you did a great job mr henry not like ur ever gonna read this but i would tell the whole world to see ur films

the movie is one of the best i've seen i enjoyed the little deatails it is funny it is kindda creepy that's a good thing u could never know what happens next and i loved it when she keept saying it's COrline not CArloine and i love the buttons i would recomend it to any one
