This role really works for Marilyn at that stage of her life - she's just starting to lose her starlet looks (even double chin in some shots). I like her better this way. It's a sad and moving performance. I don't buy the upbeat Hollywood keep-following-that-star tomorrow-is-another-day ending though... Did Miller really write that?. Great film.

A sad story where art imitated real life in the actors. A fabulous find for any fan of Marilyn Monroe. Cheers. :)

Wonderful movie. I love Marilyn Monroe, she is so beautiful in this!! I thought this movie was very entertaining and had a great plot. This is really a MUST SEE!!
