I am sure it's a great flick coz MB always chooses good roles that suits her (always in a good way too...) only I can't be bothered to listen to Italian and read subs

this movie is outstanding, probably one of the best movies I have ever seen, in my opinion, a boy coming of age and falling in love with a woman, If you have ever loved a woman from afar as a young man this movie is a must see, its funny, and touching and romantic. I saw this years ago and just came across it the other night, monica is very beautiful and leaves a strong memory making this movie almost perfect to me.

A wonderful exibition of Italian Cinema. A heart breaking story and a must see if you´re interested in the Worldwide movie scene. I´m glad I finally saw it. This is Excellent!

it was very beautiful.. ignoring the fact that people were very brutal, this film portrays what its like to undergo puberty, that first time when you feel something towards someone and it catches you off guard because you just dont know what to do! :D and also it was set in the time of war.. great historical setting.. well thats a given, Italy is a beautiful country.. ive watched this before, the dubbed version and i have to watch it again.. and it just got better because i now understand it perfectly! it was very beautiful how his feelings changed but he still feel for her.. it was beautiful! overall rating 9/10!
