How can people like this movie. I don't get it. To call it a classic is an insult to the good turtles movies, mainly the first one. There's a reason people haven't heard about it. It sucks. I didn't like it as a kid, and I don't like it now. Story sucks. Acting sucks. Jokes suck. Just an all around Poor excuse for a movie. Go watch the first two instead.

horrible film. weak story, weak acting. puppeteering was atrocious. First 15 minutes has turtles/splinter talking in full frame focus with no oratory movements whatsoever, to the point i can't say if they were asleep or not even trying. didn't like it as a kid, and time didn't alter my view of it. an exploitation film to the very core, made simply to be able to say 'we made a movie with turtles in it' and bilk the last $7.25 worth of admission fees out of the rearguard of the first generation turtle fans. damn you sirs! damn you!

For die-hard turtles fans only. A few cool scenes, but a disappointing movie. The costumes were almost embarrassing.
