Seemed interesting so decided to watch. The setup for the beginning foundation of the movie was very good. The only things that I thought were stupid in the film to do in a Zombie situation was checking to see if something is dead, shooting at zombies that are no where near you which wastes limited ammo, and seeing a zombie next to you and not seriously trying to get away from it. The end makes you think that your better able to survive by yourself than in a group where someone can betray you. I rate it a 3/5 a least for me. By the way to tell the story in the order of how things happened the proper order of the diaries is Diary 1, 4, 3, 6, 2, and 5. Interesting, well enjoy.

Not a bad movie at all and quite disturbing. Worth a watch for zombie fans.

I actually liked the second one better, the disjointed time line just didn't do it for me. Good to have movies focusing on more then just the zombies.

Well in times of Resident Evil and Dawn of the everything movies we forgot how scary it can be when you don't see it. Why mess things up with nightvision if it's 10 times more scary to run around with a flashlight. The POV camera can be a little anoying at times, but it's still better then some zombie movies where you watch 1 scene for 5 minutes in slow motion so the cinema audience can experience some lead character cutting trough 10 zombies while jumping 6 feet in the air and having a chainsaw in one hand and an automatic gun in the other, of course all of it in 3D (The latest resident evil movies anyone?? Don't get me wrong i am a huge fan of the first 3 parts of the game and the first 3 movies, but everything else is just pure BS after that). This movie started slow, but hey it's not a Stallone/Schwarzenegger/Statham/Jovovich action flick where half of the town is blown up to hell before the intro is over. The story is yet again the zombie apocalypse but here you can actualy see the outbreak happening and it's not narated at the start of the movie. This one got me interested in the other parts of the diaries and i'll give them all a chance.

I did my best to like this, but I quit in the first ten minutes.

this was pretty good, I came close to not watching it because of the bad comments but it was good! the ending was a bit crappy though, but I can't see how else they could have ended it. Just expect the Blair witch/cloverfeld style instead of a typical movie and it's not bad watch 8/10.

Pretty terrible movie was like a shitty blair witch.... but that would imply the blair witch was a good movie to begin with ..... either way still a good example of what to expect when zombies show up

i love even the cheesiest of zombie movies! i even gave it 38 minutes! the zombies suck, the film is shaky like blair witch! i never even usually rate these things, but i give this a HUUUUUUUUGE FAAAAAAAAAILLLL!!!!!!!!!!! LOL this makes paranormal activity look like a full throttle adrenaline pumping action packed blockbuster!

This will do if you are bored and has seen all the good zombie movies out there. nevertheless, i don't recommend this at all... 3/10

It is out, I watched it on here the other day. Just search zombie movies because it is not called Zombie Diaries 2 and I can't remember what it was called.

This was ok. Not high action speedy zombies. But the storyline was interesting enough. It seemed realistic in the sense that this could very well happen in the event of an outbreak. Acting was good but like I said if you want fast zombies and tons of death scenes this movie is not for you. 3/5

okay seriously! the cover looked awesome... and i couldnt wait to watch it... but i mean. seriously... how horrible can a zombie film be... i mean? i love zombies.. and this just put me off of them... grrr.

i liked it. it was an average zombie movie with some good action and an ok story. give it a try. it starts a bit slow but it picks up.. its somethin different...3.5/5

The sequel ( World of the Dead:The Zombie Diaries 2 ) comes out on DVD in the UK on June 27 2011. i put a link to the trailer up on my wall. it looks awesome! alot better than the 1st film

theres a sequel ( bigger budget ) coming out in theaters in the UK June 4. its called "World of the Dead: The Zombie Diaries 2" just letting the true zombie fans know.

It was o.k at best kinda boring in my opinion but still worth a one time watch you might like it more..

This isn't a Hollywood produced movie. It's filmed from the perspective of the characters. The action did lack a little in parts. But there were a few twists and turns which added to the movie that I haven't seen before in conventional zombie movies. All in all I enjoyed it.
