A real movie..!!..Honestly,I feel sad for people growing up in such environment..!!

Decent movie, but I had no idea what they were saying half the time! I understood the accents perfectly fine, it was the constant British slang - the movie almost needed subtitles.

this movie is great loved it!! 10/10 theres another movie when the kids are older.. i think it's call Adulthood thats really good too!!

Biggest pile of shit I have ever seen in my entire life. And I've seen some rubbish. I don't know where abouts in London this is set but I feel sorry the people there who have basically been made out to be slags whose greatest priority is whether or not the 'are a good f***'. Appauling.

no big deal...bad acting...watch if you are bored...nothing new...

So how many Americans still believe that British people are upper class snobs with dorky voices and bendy teeth which most American cartoons and sitcoms portray us as? Im not guna say all of Britain is like Kidulthood, that would be mad! but its closer to the reality of Britain then i've ever seen in any American program or film. What international viewers also should understand is that there is a somewhat difference between a British accent & slang and a British Chavs accent & slang. Great film 9/10

I'll keep this film listed in my top favs. Anyone who's experienced life, being young, having attended school or just plain commonsense CAN understand these characters. Every movie doesn't have to break down things elementary to give you insight on why one is the way they are. Far from a waste of time, more people should watch this film & that alone can be your insight. As far as underachieving, hell the kids aren't even in junior high, how have you already damned them? Life & the people in it, regardless of age can change every second. If you live in la la land & are not conscious of what's going on w/ the people around you just because it doesn't involve you, yeah I suppose one would be clueless to even begin to understand and/or appreciate the film. Great film! BTW for the person who sent me a message claiming that this movie defames "Black" people even more than we've have already been, I must ask if we actually watched the same movie? I am certain that I saw characters all different colors & race in this film. - Stolee
