Watch The Mysteries of Pittsburgh: Pittsburgh, coming of age in the 1980s. At the beginning of June, Art Beckstein calls this the last summer of his life - after which he'll work as a stock broker. Art's father is the city's mob boss, steering Art's life, judging his choices. At a party, Art sees Jane, smart, blond, lovely. They meet; she has a boyfriend. The next day, Cleveland, the boyfriend, pulls Art from work and the summer of adventures begins. Cleveland lives close to the edge; he's explosive, with hints of problems with local thugs. The triangle of friendship gets complicated when Cleveland disappears for a couple weeks. Can Art sort out his feelings as well as help Cleveland? Where does his father fit in this? |

So this movie is horrible, alrighty. The main character and the other guy are bisexual apparently. Sexuality is confusing and complex bullshit. Took me a while to figure that out. Skipped attempting to watch this and looked for the gay scene, it's short and an hour in. This is a film enjoyable by no one. Gay aspect is shit but that's the least of this movie's problems apparently. It's really stupid that it tried to be romantic with the guys. At least you see the hot guy's awesome ass.

Art is a pussy that needs a good kick in the ass, Jane is a flake and Cleveland got what he deserved. What more can you ask for in a crappy film. 5/10

This movie had potential to be very good. Above average actors, the lead actor's character was so dumb it was so annoying. Movie dragged on & I only kept at it because of Sienna Miller. At 1hr 9mins it became wierd (or should I say disgusting). Completely ruined it for me, should have turned it off but only had 20 mins left. A wasted 1hr 29mins for me, 'in my opinion' the only good thing about the movie was Sienna Miller in her birthday suit.
