So not true, this movie with Cher is definitely from the 90s and released in 1990.

I love this movie, seen it a thousand times and still like it. Really lovely story about a strong women (Cher) who is struggling with binding fear and has a large urge for freedom. Very good acting. It's a real typical women movie. I give this movie a 8.5/10.
