WOW i remember this movie when i was 10 loved it then loved it now a must see a 10

What a classic! This is the first time I've watched this movie and its very interesting. Older movies always seem to have better story lines than these days. I'll give this a 5/5

Watched this one with my nephew a while back, 1st half was great and had me hooked, the 2nd half was horrible and if it wasn't for my nephew I would have stopped watching, Pee Wee Hermans voice drove me insane, acting was ok I guess, ok for the kids to watch but not sure how anyone over the age of 12 would enjoy the second half of the film. 1st half of the film gets a 8/10, second half gets a 2/10 for a combined total of 5/10.

Awww yay!!! Can't believe I forgot this film!!! My gosh how much did I love this as a child and still do today!!! Soooo good!!! The special effects are amazing considering it's a bit of an oldie!!! Highly recommended if you've never seen it :)

loved this movie from the first time i saw it. A wonderful family film, but just as good to satisfy the big kid in anyone. I have this saved in my favorites list :)

Oh, memories... I was 9 at the time when this movie came out and I went to watch it. I had a double date that winter night with two girls from the same school... Needless to say, I got myself in deep trouble later on, when the girls found out about each other. LOL That was some fun times.

youve never seen a music video before, I've been gone, where outer space? Holy shit!!!! I like watched miami vice with a 15 channel cable box and hooked it up when I was four, I'm so glad she got sooo much taller, I demand the aliens from the north pole or guile-tine, grrrr.

This was my favorite movie when I was a kid, I loved it so much. Now that I've watched it again, it makes me miss being a child. 5/5, I still enjoyed watching it, regardless of the 80's acting and the now-outdated graphics haha

I am so thrilled I hae finally found this movie. For YEARS I looked for it. The problem is that I only a couple of vague memories of it. No one knew what I was talking about, and I started to wonder if it was all just a vivid dream! My hints were only that it was a kid in a wheelchair, who boarded a ship that looked like liquid mercury, and who interacted with the alien that was the ship. That's it. I have NO idea why among all the movies I watched as a kid, I remember those bits so vividly. It just got to me - I am beyond thrilled/relieved I found it!! I was clearly deeply affected by this, somehow. Lol
