Some low budget movies are really good. Some low budget movies are utter trash. I think this movie falls into the good category. It kept me interested enough to finish it entirely. This movie shows that you never know who is watching. Is that old guy following you really taping you? Is that person in the car across the street innocently waiting for someone or are they taping you with a hidden camera? You just never really know. This movie is creepy in some parts but slow in a few parts as well. 7/10 is good for this.

yes, it's low budget...so? I really LOVE the story! Very creepy + disturbing little stalker/obsession film! Thx! :) highly enjoyed it.

Audio not in sync

Creepy guy in this " Stalker Shocker " wonder how many people do this sort of thing,here in Maine we had a pervert that owned a motel and set cameras up in every room,until someone found out,so you never know ,when out in the public, or home, how safe you really are,this movie was a little hammy as far the acting,but the story could be true,it was filmed in a way so you got to see it from the cameras point of view,,wouldnt want to see this again though,so on that note,on a scale from 1-10 I give this a 6 1/2
