i didnt have much respect for transexuals and this movie really helps you understand them a lot more and i have a lot more respect for them now 10/10

heart-wrenchingly descriptive, very real insight on a difficult life of the different. a bit slow, but a great watch, let your ignorance flee in the face of it. -- 8/10

This was a fantastic movie. Felicity Huffman does an amazing job...anyone who thinks being gay or transgendered is a choice should watch this movie. It'll make you rethink things. AWESOME FLICK. 10/10

really enjoyed this film. great acting. the first 15 minutes were abit slow, but was worth watching. i would have like to see bree and that guy get together later on. . . 8/10.

Very interesting movie about learning to accept people for not only who they are but what they are as well. Great acting all around. I like the message and the characters a lot.

the result of how one's sexual orientation can lead to so many repercussions...especially when it affects your close ones. this movie was hard to watch especially when the son becomes a teen hooker, but it's a good movie because it makes you really think hard.

i had never really understood the mentality of ts,tg,tv until watching this was a great show to have watched. Enjoyed it to the end.

Pretty good movie. There aren't a whole lot of movies about transgendered people. I thought the son in it was really hot. Uh, to review it, it wasn't completely unpredictable but it was funny at some points. The ending however I feel could of been better...Well at least you get to see (spoiler)Felicity Huffman naked. ;-P I give this a 7.5/10
