Watch West Side Story: West Side Story is the award-winning adaptation of the classic romantic tragedy, "Romeo and Juliet". The feuding families become two warring New York City gangs- the white Jets led by Riff and the Puerto Rican Sharks, led by Bernardo. Their hatred escalates to a point where neither can coexist with any form of understanding. But when Riff's best friend (and former Jet) Tony and Bernardo's younger sister Maria meet at a dance, no one can do anything to stop their love. Maria and Tony begin meeting in secret, planning to run away. Then the Sharks and Jets plan a rumble under the highway - whoever wins gains control of the streets. I didn't like it as much as I thought I was going to. I really like musicals usually. I didn't think the singing was that great or the acting. This is a classic though!

Tonight, Tonight, I'm So Pretty, and Officer Krupke are great songs and so is the movie. Even had a few tears in my eyes at the end. No wonder a masterpiece, waited a long time to watch it but now I regret it!

omg this was such a good movie made 30 something years ago but all is still holds up in todays society the prejudice hate insecure love fear so many emotions and how we are as people kinda corny but sometimes to real love it

this is a great film! i cant watch it constantly though, its one of those movies i need a years break from before i can watch it again. 7/10

I liked this movie. It's not one of my favorites, but at least it has a couple of good songs.

I am usually a lover of musicals and love stories but this one wasn't that good. Certain parts were good but others were just alright. I would recommend it for those who love these types of movies 7/10
