Acutually pretty good. Suprisingly alot of clasic songs came out of this. Of course it is dated, its an old movie.

I am usually a lover of musicals and love stories but this one wasn't that good. Certain parts were good but others were just alright. I would recommend it for those who love these types of movies 7/10

I liked this movie. It's not one of my favorites, but at least it has a couple of good songs.

this is a great film! i cant watch it constantly though, its one of those movies i need a years break from before i can watch it again. 7/10

omg this was such a good movie made 30 something years ago but all is still holds up in todays society the prejudice hate insecure love fear so many emotions and how we are as people kinda corny but sometimes to real love it

Great movie and it was based on Shakespeare's Romeo + Juliet. Montagues/Jets and the Capulets/Sharks are against each other because of their social status and what "side of the tracks" you live on, though a surprise romance springs between them both. I remember studying this and having to write a Essay that connected the two great plays. Very good watch 10/10

I know it's a classic and won best picture, but I really just didn't enjoy it. Chicago was much better than this. I just thought the singing and acting was okay, and the story wasn't anything special. But it's still totally worth watching!

I didn't like it as much as I thought I was going to. I really like musicals usually. I didn't think the singing was that great or the acting. This is a classic though!
