I enjoyed it - silent film but of excellent quality. NO SOUND, remember, but worth the watch. Twenty one year old Gloria Swanson stars in the film by Cecil B. DeMille. It is both intentionally funny and unintentionally funny, given the time the film was made (1920). If you make it to near the end, there is one of the funniest movie lines ever. Watch for Bebe Daniels, the second Mrs. Gordon, as she throws an object at Gloria's head. After the hit, Bebe's line appears on the screen. I laughed myself silly at it. Another thing to marvel at are the costumes, mostly ludicrous, but Swanson (perhaps not so much for this film) was followed for her fashion in film. We tend to forget how petite she was - she was only 5 feet tall. Thanks for the upload of this film.
