What a creepy movie. Probably one of the most original movies I've seen as well.

I saw this when I was a kid, it was creepy! A kid watching mutant kids kill, well thanks mom you scared me for life LOL... Oldie but goodie!

I really liked this film. The story is not that strange considering it's a Cronenberg film. For an oldie this is actually pretty good as far as the special effects go. I was truly creeped out by the "brood", it has some pretty good scares in it, might be "too slow" for the younger generation. A classic in my book. I totally recommend it. But if you are not a fan a Cronenberg pass on this one. Me I loved it. The ending is perfect!!

To me it's ones of the best.

What was up with the star actor only portraying one emotion, "annoyed", though out the whole movie? How did he get cast as a lead anyway? Unfortunate since this movie had some potential. 2/5

Nothing like a great under-rated classic horror suspense movie to curl up to with the lights off and the windows open, just incase the neighborhood creep wants to stop by for lead and sugar! =)

OMG I have been looking for this movie forever! It scared the beejezzes out of me when i was a kid. Especially the kitchen scene, Whoever uploaded this....YOU ROCK This is such a classic creepy movie, even 22 years later it is still creepy.

This movie scared me so badly when I was a kid...I swear I had nightmares for MONTHS after seeing this. But I loved it. As a kid I was a straight horror freak and this movie was one of the good ones back then. Older crowd, it's always good to revisit these older movies; younger folks, at least give the roots of horror films a chance--just because they don't have Ryan Gosling or friggin Snooki in them doesn't mean they can't be entertaining. I give this movie 3.73/5 It's old and dated but, damned if it isn't original....

I really don't know what to make of this one. Except for the mutant children acting out, it was actually boring. It was also disgusting, and a really dumb script overall. The only good thing I can say about it, was that the acting wasn't bad.

This was a Good movie , I read the Book yrs ago and was a bit better than the movie, But still original and unique............................3/5

when i was a kid n watched this... it gave me nightmares lol... still a good old classic tho :)

Unfortunately this movies doesn't stand a chance, with your aforementioned actors, and the twilight movies, along with the fact that a good horror movie hasn't come our in the past 10 years, they don't want creepy, scary, or horrific. just sexy. anyone born after 1996 is doomed.
