Love Fritz the cat one of my favorites <3

In one of the sharpest and most biting satires ever, a feline experiences the '60s/70's. Fritz has adventures in sex and drugs, and also joins up with a bunch of crows who obviously represent black revolutionaries. Needless to say, the cops are portrayed by pigs. One might describe "Fritz the Cat" as "Candy" meets "Shaft", but I should note that it's very much a mordantly black comedy. I was born late 70's so, I can't comment on its accuracy, but I can say that it does everything to indict racism, the hypocrisy of American society, and the power structure. In very clever ways, Go in with a open mind and have a few laughs,and don't forget it does have a few messages in there as well..Enjoy'

I was pretty suprised to find so much racy content in a cartoon, but hey, it was made in the 70's...

OMG.... this is such a funny n well animated film for its time :) pure classic

What a riot! Yes, there is at least one and an orgy or two. The social message was delivered but this was a lot of fun too. Emphasis on party, enjoying life, and cultural harmony even if you have to first confront systematic oppression, remove racial divisions, and resolve prejudice. Expose hypocrisy, restore integrity, and uphold civil rights as necessary during the times when Democracy needs to engage the minds and flex its muscles in the form of actively involved citizens. These forceful actions are needed during times such as the present in order to exert protections, guard ideas, and ensure that the more enlightened principles of our founding Republic are instilled upon the people in our government. Whether they are chosen to represent the citizens or appointed to serve in a fair and effective bureaucracy, they should understand that their actions are only empowered by our will and consent while their priority is the public good. We need to remove conniving corporate influence and soulless corporate culture, remove socioeconomic disparities by providing opportunities for all citizens while removing legacies of entitlement enabling incompetent and irresponsible people using their clandestive privilege of access and use of misinformation in order to enrich themselves while becoming undeserving institutional burdens upon the rest of society that has stifled our nation's domestic and global progress while reducing the quality of life and satisfaction. These objectives must be obtained for the sake of our present well-being and future generations. Our role as guardians require action and we shouldn't rest until our nation has restored protections for equality, justice, health, participation, and the pursuit of happiness in the various realms of society, economy, and environment. Then take a toke or propose a toast to peace, truth, liberty, and rebellion in required proportions and appropriate measures as necessary. Such is Fritz.
