Oh.my.God. Does anybody have some bleach for my eyes and brain? I've seen just about every "extreme" horror film in existence, but this... is the end all, be all. The plot itself is great, the acting is good, but do.not.watch unless you want to cry and throw up at the same time. 7/10

This movie was absolute filth, very well done filth but filth none the less. I mean porn is nice and all but this, this isn't porn, this is sick!

weird so wierd and it was a bit slow but it was an ok movie for one time watch

Some how it didn't bother as much as I thought it was going to. Yes I had heard how it ended and all the other sick stuff in it but that's nothing compared to watching it. Sicken by the newborn part, wish it wasn't in the film, but it does put the screwed from birth to death statement out there like most of us have never seen or would probably want to see. This film will leave it's mark after watching it that's for sure. By the end you'll either be sitting there staring at the screen trying to process what kinda message you think this film was trying to make, maybe running to the bathroom to be sick, or just banging your head on a wall repeatedly saying"WTF, why did I watch this, OMG why why ....".

Don't watch this - for your own sake. I thought the comments were over the top at first, but I was wrong. I like horror movies, but this goes above and beyond.

My friend made me to watch this and i thought i've seen some disturbing sh*t in my life but this was something soo much worse!! I felt like i was a sick person when i watched something like this! I can't understand who sick person have ever even had an idea of a movie like this.. If you like really disturbing movies this is the movie for you! Good luck!

In my opinion, this film was stupid. Not very disturbing at all, compared to other films I've seen. I'd say Martyrs was much worse, which I watched just before this.

That was just F**ked up !

Yeah this film is beyond disturbing, but the guys that made it say it has a message - that if you live in Serbia you're f*****d from the minute you're born to the day you die. In that respect I think they deliver the message very well. But I think there should be some kind of disclaimer at the end of it, or a clip of the interview that I saw, otherwise it just comes across as a sick film made with the intention purely to gross people out.

I've watch this movie over and over, and absolutely love it!! I don't find one sick thing in this movie at all, and for everyone who says to have it banned, you're stupid since you were warned before you watched it, so stfu. 5/5, awesome movie.

I loved this movie actually, It's a good adult horror movie, I give it 4/5. :) It's not as horrible as everyone says it is.

Not as extreme as people are saying it is.. Half the movie is just people talking about porn, how 'amazing' the lead character is at it, and everyone going on about their opinions regarding his career. So when the infamous shock scenes came on I was too bored to care. Maybe worth watching if you're a sicko who enjoys watching the degradation of people before they're brutally killed (i.e. a fan of torture porn). Otherwise, the plot is weak and the overall story is laughably ridiculous. If it didn't contain rape and child abuse it could be quite easily passed off as a comedy.

Don't let this movie's reputation put you off! This is a really great thriller, with some great characters, cinematography and suspense. There are some shocking moments- but nothing compared to 'Salo' or 'Men Behind the Sun' on the "I wanna flush my eyes and brain down the toilet!" factor.

this is just fucked up, maybe its just me, but i just dont get the fascination with the whole torture-porn genre, i know there are people out there that enjoy this sort of crap, but they must be as fucked up in the head as the makers of this trash, absolutely zero entertainment value as far as i'm concerned, 0/10, boring tripe. :-(

I like really messed up films but this was too much...Coming from me thats saying something. You have to watch this all the way to the end to get it. When it finally reveals itself yes I suppose it was ok, But it's a pretty nasty ride to get there and I won't be taking it again. I just saw no need for any of it, You only have to go outside and pay attention to realise were all being f****d! 2/10

It's well directed and decently acted. That's not exactly the reason you want to see this film though. It is a fictional story though, as long as you remember that you#ll get through it with your sanity intact. Seriously, if you are a suggestible type, don't watch it, it will take you places you don't want to go.
