1) Changes in dialogue 2) changes in some voice actors 3) NO BRUCE FAULCONER EPIC MUSIC!!!!!!! Three strikes and you are out. IMO they should have simply updated the picture quality and kept everything else from Z

DBZ is the greatest anime ever created. they really didnt need to remake it. if they wanted to do somthing with the series then they should have done a series after DBGT. like they say if it isnt broken dont fix it.

This is the original Dragonball Z series remastered in HD and with a new voice cast. It is the same original animation but without all the filler. A must watch for fans of DBZ. Unfortunately due to funding issues, the series was not fully remastered and only goes up through the end of the Cell arc.

The only difference I really notice is that there are a few voice changes and the music is different.(Liked dbz music better). It was more dramatic than kai.

This remake is more true to the manga than the original and has no filler episodes. That is all.

Yeah, I noticed they redid the series a few weeks ago. I think I was watching Fox or something. Still DBZ is a great anime.

Please stop complainning that it's not in english. Dragon Ball Z is basically identicle to this one. The only differences are that it's been digitally remastered, made into HD, removed most traces of blood, removed all traces of nudity (no complaints) and they have cut all the filler. They are attempting to bring the orginal 291 episodes down to 100. They are going to be rushing it and taking out much of the things that made us all love this series. If you really want to see it, watch the orginal Dragon Ball Z.
