From X-Men to Spiderman, it seems that the further a series goes, the more it becomes diluted, losing the veneer that made it a amazing series to begin with. Surprisingly, not only did Shrek defy this law of cinema, but it seemed to regain the charm that the first and second films brought to the table.Though not quite as good as these films, it definitely overcomes the blunders that plagued the third film.In short, watch this movie.

Not bad. Certainly funny. Brought back some of he spark and better story line from the last 1 or 2 which wasn't that good.
Puss/Cat was a riot. Kinda got back to some of the more developed humor that appealed more to adults. But was acceptable for children.
It was nice to see a refreshing of some of the enjoyable characters but too little of G-man(would of liked to see more of him).

The movie kinda saved the series because 3 was awful and 2 wasn't that great either.

Shrek Forver After is by far my favorite movie from the Shrek series.

With three kids a wife, and adored by all Shrek is beginning to miss his old lifestyle of living in a swamp by himself, terrefied by all that passed. He makes a deal with the cunning Rumpelstiltskin to have one day from his olden days in exchange for a day from Shrek's childhood. And which day does Rumpelstiltskin take? The day Shrek was born of course! Shrek now must find his true loves kiss to safe his friends, loving wife and restore the life he really does love after all.

Rumpelstiltskin is a nice addition to the movie along with his sidekick group of witch's. This movie is the last in the film series so if you have been watching the others, it is defintetly worth seeing. A great movie with a warm touching story.
