This is a classic, along the lines of American Graffiti and Fast Times At Ridgemont High. It's set in the 1970's on the last day of school before the summer break. The seniors in high school are carrying on the tradition of "paddling" the kids who are going to enter high school in the summer. This is where a lot of the fun comes from as the seniors chase the kids around town, trying to het them. They are especially interested in getting Mitch. The other major plot point is the party at "The Moon Tower." If you want to laugh your butt off, watch this movie.

Here we have Richard Linklater at his BEST. This is his second film, and I believe it is his MASTERPIECE. Everything about this film is pure enjoyment! I could watch this movie everyday for months. I have too. I watched this movie for about 2 months straight. I'm still not sick of it! Richard really captured that 70's feel. It almost makes you wanna go back in time and live in the 70's! But unfortunately we cannot do that, so this movie will just have to do. This movie is even loved by the one and only Mr. Quentin Tarantino, a very well respected Director, but he's another story, for another time. What else that works so well for Dazed And Confused, not just Linklater's Direction, but his casting agency did a fantastic job finding talent for the film. Almost more than half the cast went on to be bigger stars in the industry. Matthew Mcgaugney [spelling, sorry!] Ben Affleck just to name a few. Anyway, this is a true, FEEL good kind of movie. If you wanna watch something easy and make you feel good, this is the ultimate movie to watch. Everything about it is just awesome, it really captures you into this world and lets you escape reality an hang out with these guys. In conclusion, if you haven't seen this film, your missing out on some fun. I defiantly recommend this to everyone. Also if you like this, you will also enjoy the following, Mallrats, Fast Times At Ridgmont High. And hey even give Linklaters first movie Slackers a shot! 10/10
