I disagree with people that DIDN'T LIKE THIS MOVIE. IN MY OPINION, THIS FILM WAS AN AMAZING FILM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A OUTSTANDING FILM OF PSYCHOLOGICAL MAN. Also, the director William Lustig ( Director of Maniac Cop 1,2,3) an amazing man.

This wasn't a bad movie. A little on the weird side, but I actually enjoyed it. Had a few jumpy parts, I think this one is worth at least one watch. 3.5/5 :) :) :)

Version 1 is def. Maniac 1980 and its a great Grindhouse cult classic. I love this flick!...10/10

neither of the 2 veoh links (which are actually the same link) are Maniac! from 1980--- they point to the 1934 film titled Maniac or (aka) Sex Maniac--- t_t

This is a classic movie. One of the rare jems that Tom Savanii both acted in and did gorey effects. The pace is good and yes a bit dated, it is the 80's golden era of slasher movies and this one really goes for it. I own this flim and watched it several times a year and it never gets old. It's sexy, sleazy, and just good bloody fun!
