Even though Dafoe's makeup and his rat-faced expressions are exceptional and spot-on when compared to the real Max Schreck's portayal in Mirnau's Nosferatu, the movie itself, while interesting, seems to just drag on and on and for the most part, cannot decide whether it wants to be funny or scary and unfortunately, it's neither!

what an amazing movie they have made by bringing the touch of the most powerful medium "theatre" hatsoff to director the way he made this movie is amazing you can feel that old touch of time! performance is fabulous and flawless......10/10

Amazing movie!! Evribody is excellent here ....Dafoe is amazing....But Malkovich...I cant find the word...he is just frenetic

very interesting and original. talk about obsession with making a movie!! sorta creepy... more drama and those intense moments. and a "what the?" ending.

This is a great film, with superb acting. Willem defoe really creeps me out in this one. Check it out, you will be missing out if you dont! 8/10

Uhmm, that was crazy. I can't believe that director did that, especially in the end, he just lost his mind lol. It was interesting film though. Nosferatu was Creeeepy looking. A Film, of a Film of a Film. Worth watching. I give it an 8/10.

Stumbled across this and gave it a go, actually really enjoyed this. Not to everyone's taste i can agree but a hidden gem to some. WWorthy of my playlist and favs.

what a film what a film..the film portrays obsession to its limit..great acting by malkovic..and yes the vampire didnt sparkle in this film

Well worth a watch.Love how they took the truth and just twisted it a little to make a great story. 8/10
