A ridiculous, over the top,zany, wild, juvenile flick to enjoy in your teens. Not to be scrutinized. Best part is when the politicians got zapped to the bone. An all star cast who have since grown older. Damn Danny DeVito is in everything. A must watch, one time watch. Enjoy your candy and popcorn..........

"i'm calling youuuuu"... SPLASH! Crazy movie! I hadn't seen this movie in a while and it was better than I remembered. I was surprised by the cast, I had forgotten there was so many famous or well-known actors (and singer as a matter of fact), well some were not famous when the movie was made but they are now. Funny as hell in a very stupid way... but still! An absolute must watch!

I'm kind of torn on this one. Tim Burton based nearly every scene off of these retro Mars Attacks aliens cards they had, which I love and think was great... but the characters are all pretty unwatchable as most of the interesting ones don't actually live too long and we're stuck with the dregs. I'd have to give it 6/10. Good, campy fun but don't go into it expecting perfection.

This is a funny film, no doubt. But the special effects are just awful. I also think you have to be somewhat immature to really enjoy this film. 3/5

This is one of these movies you absolutely like or absolutely dislike. I liked it, sure. It's such a sarcastic view of America: its people, its government, its army, its television, its culture, everything and everyone falls under Tim Burton's incredible axe. Many talented stars gather for an incredible script. It is unbelievably funny, absurd and full of contradictions and nuttiness. It's like a mixture of Star Wars, Animaniacs and the Clockwork Orange. For sure, you will like it a lot and believe it is the best movie you have ever seen or you won't understand a thing and feel disappointed. If you like Jim Carrey or Brad Pitt, please go and choose another movie.

this movie is a classic and it is so terrible that makes us laugh because it is so bad. The actors, the plot, nothing makes sense, but it funny as hell. A movie to be watched on a sunday afternoon that you have nothing else to do. Call your friends and drink a lot. You will enjoy it.
