This has got to be the best dragon film ever made better than eragon cos it doesn't leave you wiating for a second film to finish the story, love it 11/10 And ive just recently discovered there is a second Dragon Heart - probably not as good as the first but hey maybe worth a look

I remember watching this film when it was first released and many times over. I was and still am totally drawn into this movie. Great directing, cast, etc, just a great movie overall 5/5

Incredible movie with Sean Connary doing the voice over of the dragon. Even his face was used to model the creature after according to the DVD. Lots of action,talented cast,incredible script,delightful one-liners, wonderful directing, and inspirational music combine to make this a classic for everyone to enjoy.Who would have thought a dragon could be so polite, have such a charming personality,so many hidden talents and be so lovable?. Makes me want to run out and find one to bring home!There is even some of King Arthur and Camelot thrown in and an ending that brought some tears. What a super show to watch time and again for a pick me upper. 5/5
