terrible movie dont waste even 5 minutes on it chris klein overacts so hard in this

This movie killed any chances of her having any big time chances in GOOD movies. not saying that to be mean I promise. Seriously this movie sucked so much. Also, Chun-li was chinese so why the heck would they cast her? =/ This is why I hate when Hollywood makes movie adaptions on certain things.

I agree with you 100%. It could have been alot worse, lol. As a stand alone movie, its just awesome. Fleshing out characters really adds to the whole experience. And the Van Damme Street Fighter was just so lame.

I just love Kristin Kreuk. But not the movie yeah it's kinda boring and maybe she was chosen for this role because she has Chinese descent.. i don't know i like her being Lana Lang~

One thing that i like this movie is because of Kristin Kreuk.

Kristen kreuk is beautiful no doubt about it. This movie however did not really show her acting skills very well, some scenes she did well some scenes looked... very not well directed. The fighting you could tell sometimes it was fake, the story line was boring and very.. not confusing... but strange.. dont want to spoil anything but i didnt get the part about the cave thing i thought that was suppose to give the bad guy some super powers or something but i guess not. I would give this a 6/10 cause of Kristen hottness and the guy who teaches her is from Mortal Kombat and im a fan so.. but i would recommend watching it but not something you have to watch right now. later when you have time to spare.

I heard this was pretty bad, I should have listened. Chris Klein is just terrible in this, I love Kristin Kreuk but she wasn't much better. In their defense they didn't have much to work with and the director did a piss poor job, they even screwed up the fight scenes with horrible editing. 2 out of 5.

it was aight...6/10...really...thay shoulda had more characters...n the lil ones they did have.... they shoulda made the characters more like the game...its street fighter mang...

I recall when this was first released, and the only thing I could remember about the show when I started it this morning was that I didn't like it last time. I still don't like it. The story was interesting, but that wasn't what I had a problem with. There were just far too many western actors who didn't do a very good job. Had this been a Chinese film with an equivalent budget, I think it would have turned out much better. Or had they chosen different actors to play the rolls of Byson, his head guard Balrog, the assassin Vega, and the interpol agent Charlie Nash. It was these actors, cast into those rolls specified earlier that really didn't mesh. I know it is a cult favorite, based on a video game, and I suppose for that it does some justice, but it could have been so much better. 6.5/10

wow this movie for a street fighter movie was boring i was going to say that vega was the only good part about it but chun-li just beat him too easy. the fight scenes were too short by the time it got started it was over and you had to listen to chun-li drone on some more or watch chris kleins bad acting. the only interesting character was vega and bison. i wouldnt recommend this movie too anyone 1/5
