Wow!! Absolutely amazing! The cast,especialy jackman and hathaway were outstanding! It makes you cry and laugh,the story just draws you in,russell crowe was fantastic.An oscar winner easily,its so full of heart and emotion..i could go on,this movie is special 10/10 easily and a new favourite..brilliant!

Why is Aaron Tveit not in the actors section? His performance was brilliant and important throughout the film. Other than that, if you have not seen this film yet, you most certainly have to. I have not cried so hard over a movie in a long while and this absolutely blew my mind. Even thinking back on it or listening to the soundtrack, I get goosebumps.

I love the Liam Neeson version. But this was annoying. The acting was great, but this isn't for me. I'll still give it 7/10. Hugh Jackman can't sing very well.

This is surely the magnum opus of Tom Hooper and all the actors/performers and everybody involve in the making of this movie. I cried from start to finish. Thank you for the upload, it would be so embarrassing to see this in theathre and come out with puffy eyes.

Just to see Wolverine, Catwoman, Gladiator, Borat, Bellatrix and Red Riding Hood singing in one movie is really awesome. 9/10

Hmm, I think I would prefer it if it had a little little bit less singing... I mean, every single line is sung... it becomes a bit too much... Even more because English isn't my first language, and sometimes words becomes less clear when sung...

I've seen Les Miserables countless times, and this one was just terrible. I didn't even watch the whole thing, I was so bored. Terrible singing. I had been skeptical of it when I saw the trailers, and I was right to be. Don't waste your time. (cue the downvotes haha; I thought those were for "useless" comments, not comments users disagreed with *sigh*)

Personally, I found this to be a brilliant film. Everything about it from the acting/directing/singing was done to perfection, it's not often that you can find a movie that can move you or stir emotions as powerful as this. I believe the singing adds strength to every scene and overall gives a compelling element to the film. It was so refreshing to see something new and raw in the cinemas rather the same repetitive drivel.

Wonderful!! Amazing!! Best screen adaptation of the play/musical Ive ever seen!! 10/10! Jackman and Crowe were perfect in their respective roles and did both main characters more than justice! I would watch it again and again and there arent many movies I will say that about! Peace Out! E.D.

Probably the most OVERRATED movie of 2012.It is a terrible movie that was based on a terrible musical.Seriously the person that got the idea to turn the wonderful Les Miserables novel into a musical deserves to be killed.Victor Hugo was and still is one of the best French writers and he did a great job at writing Les Miserables which is one of the darkest,saddest novels that was ever written.In the novel you can understand almost every character and you can understand why they have turned that way.But in the crappy musical they had to change the whole novel and all the characters.The songs are also super ridiculous.If you are a fan of this terrible musical than you should do yourself a favor and read the novel.After reading the novel you will start thinking"WOW the novel is super epic.Why the hell did I even like the musical?".Lets get back to the movie.The plot of the movie is way too rushed,everything happens to fast,the singing is terrible,the acting was ok,the stupid gothic atmosphere reminded me of Tim Burton's Sweeney Todd.If you want to watch a good adaption of Les Miserables than you should watch the version of 1957 or the version of 1978 or if you are a fan of animes I would suggest you to watch the Les Miserables:Shoujo Cosette: anime.My rating for this movie is:3/10

First, when I heard this movie is musical, I was getting lazy to watch it because I don't like musical. But after I tried to watch it, this movie was successfully held my attention and it was very awesome. Good musics and lyrics, best acting, good actor and actress, touching story line. Nothing less from this movie. Perfect!

Saw this at the cinema. I wouldn't watch it on here. It needs to be seen on the big screen to capture all the emotion, sound effects etc. truly brilliant 10/10..however, if you're not into musicals and singing..this is not for you haha

WOW, fantastic and just as gripping as the West End stage performance, Great Cast, good acting and mostly good singing, also it makes a nice change to see Sacha Baron Cohen play a 'funny' and not disturbing role for once,I would defo recommend this to anyone who has seen the London Stage Performance(not for comparison) and/or likes musicals. 5* and will defo be watching this again :)

watched the stage musical in the West End in October which was fantastic, ( and I don't like musicals) I cant believe that this is DVD quality considering it was only released on 5th Dec. So if I can find my damned tv remote I will be watching this in HD else its down to my computer, either way after reading the reviews really looking forward to this one :)

FINALLY!!!!! what a excellent movie, I cried the entire time I was watching, it was that great. After seeing the play many times I am happy to say that the movie does it justice. Bravo to the film makers and a very special thank you to those who posted this, it made my day. 10/10

It was a great movie, but I really like the old one, with Micheal Renny. That old movie was just great.I think it was made in the 40's.
