Hey, it's a 'fight this thing' versus 'has this been done before' movie... yay! Bahhh... Old Godzilla flicks were better... wibble!

the cgi isn't badly done, but the movie lags. to much time invested into backstory/character development to start the movie with. would have been better to have it added in flashback type scenes over longer portion of the movie. the acting felt stilted, no real flow to the scenes. to long of a pause between dialogue segments in a conversation, coupled with the handi-cam motion rapidly breaks interest in a scene.
