Reminded me of the old Fear on friday/Hammer house of horror series of stories from the 70's, pretty creepy but a bit silly, worth a 1 time watch i guess. 6/10

This seemed very slow and boring to me. Would have made a better short story of 20 minutes than a movie (I see it was on for one hour 9 minutes, but it seemed longer than that).

Surprisingly effective minimalist cerebral horror. At first I thought I hated it, but realized I was quite mesmerized by the recitation in the dark and before I knew it I was transfixed. With barely any cast, and pretty much a single set-piece, the effectiveness of crashing lightning and thunder were incredibly entrancing. Creepy indeed and a fun and original concept. Not everyone's cup of tea for sure, but I found it a cool change of pace and the mood was perfect. 6/10.
