I just can say, the main story starts at 50 minutes, you can watch by there. For me it's bad directed, he repeats a lot 2 styles: 360

Wow! I wasn't expecting this film to be this good. It was actually quite pleasant. The direction changed somewhere in the middle and I was like "ohh." It is an open ended movie left to interpretation so before you watch it, keep that in mind... Don't complain in the end that you did not get a conclusion! I think it was better left unsaid and to be honest it is a little obvious as to what really happened. Superior acting by the mom, she was so annoying, I wanted to hit her in the head with a bat. Thumbs up!

Good Movie once it takes off. Starts from the end and works backwards to finish at the end which was the beginning. Confused? Watch and judge for yourself. The Mum played a much better part in Orphan as a (would you believe?)Psychiatrist. This is a film you need to watch on your own with total concentration. 6/10

Captivating performances and no dialogue wasted. Familiar beginning story of symbiotic mother/son relationship on steroids with a novel twist. Movies like this are why I like character-driven indie films. 4/5 because I did not think the beginning sequence added anything to the plot.

Not sure what to do with or what to think about it! Like most reviews, I still don't know what the hell really happened which is never good for any film. The mother had a top notch performance as I noticed this right from the beginning and if you look her up, you will find that Margo Martindale has more than 83 titles under her belt - it means she has superior acting skills. Most have never heard of her likely because she is not a size 2. But I digress, the film was confusing in the end because it left the viewer without answers. Anyway, we all know who the lunatic ended up being in this movie. Good for a one time watch. 2/5 because there was one great actress.

A clever title - unfortunately that is all I have to say positive about this thriller. Although the mother's acting was good (the reason why I stuck with this movie to the end), the other two in the triangle were sub-par. The final blow for me was the closing music track - why on earth would they pick Sarabande, the recurring theme song from Barry Lyndon? If it was to remind us of the duel in the Kubrick film, it was a poor decision in my opinion. Oh well, can't win 'em all. 2.5/5 Thank you uplinkers, as always.
