reminds me of the 60's animated series, good fun tho---10/10

This is a very cheesy version of the Fantastic 4, and it is much truer to the comic book series from the 60's and 70's than the more recent movies with Jessica Alba (2005, 2007)were. I really liked it (4 out of 5 stars) even though the special effects kind of stink, we never see Reed do a full-body stretch, and Johnny does not get to "Flame On" in all his glory until the very end. That being said, this is Roger Corman at his very best. I love the use of Ben Grimm and his famed tag line, "It's Clobberin' Time!" For a low budget movie that was never to be released the Thing and Dr. Doom costumes are pretty good. Overall, the movie is just plain fun. Enjoy, and know that it does not take itself too seriously. You should not either.

I LOVED IT! I heard in 1992 that it would be released. I had several beta tapes (yes, beta I had several nice stereo beta decks, and prefered them to vhs.)) that had the movie trailer attached as a coming soon feature. Then ...nada. I seached for a copy in the 90's and the were selling for 100-200 bucks according to quality. I was a film buff and wanted to add it to my huge collection. That never came to be. I was pleased to find it here, and even with the modest 1.5 million budget, Roger Corman did what he does best. You have to be a die hard fan of Roger to appreciate this film. 7/10

the date has to wrong on this its more like an early 80"s movie. i thought it was cheesy like with bad effects and almost as bad acting. i've seen the 2 newer movies and i'd recommend them instead. the story line is close to the newer one but this just WASN'T EVEN GOOD ENOUGH TO FINISH WATCHING and usually i prefer the originals.

lol invisible woman only attack through out this whole movie was to turn invisible and Duck!lmao....damn I couldn't stop laughing.They wasn't taking this seriously from what it seems!smdh -10/10 very bad even if you scam through,you probably wouldn't make it to the end!lol

haha I remember seeing an old bootleg of this years ago, This film is soooo bad that its actually worth a watch if you need a good laugh. The actual story behind the making of this is quite surreal in the sense that it was never meant to be released in any form to the public, It was made solely for the purpose of keeping hold of the rights to the characters because in the land of Hollywood if you acquire the rights to make a film from any intellectual property there is a deadline attached and if the film is not made by the deadline the rights revert back to the owners free of charge to be resold again....so the film was made for a measly 1.5mil just to be shelved and therefor not having to give up the rights that they had paid for. Sneaky sneaky film makers eh

Tis wasn't actually tat bad. It has a lot of campy moments bt was entertaining 4rm the beginning. It may nt b a good superhero movie bt it's worth watching. I enjoyed it.
