Outstanding. Don't let the sub-titles put you off. Yes its a long movie but to have cut it any shorter would be have been an injustice to this incredible story. It had a big budget, the direction and production was perfect, and the acting was very professional. If you're Scottish you'll see many similarities with parts of our own history. Well done Taiwan! 10/10

Please be aware this is a 2 part movie approximately 4 hours and 30 min long

Def a good movie, but MUCH too long. There are at least a dozen scenes of someone singing while showing unimportant activities or landscapes. In a 4 hour movie something like that should be cut.

I watched both parts of this movie, and while it was very long over 4hrs i did enjoy most of it. I didn't like that their was so much suicide by i guess that was part of who they were. But the action and realism was very good. I wanted them to win but I knew they weren't. But they gave it their best... 9/10.
