I went to see this film in the cinema and waiting for 1channel to have the DVD/BR rip once the film has been released. At the start of the film the storyline is a little difficult to follow because i wasn't sure who the main characters where in the film. The film is also very slow to get started and this is not a bad thing but at about half an hour in I was hoping that the action would pick up as I didn't find it that interesting, the film then picked up when the main characters (3 guys in this case) discovered their powers and then the film became a whole lot more interesting for me. The way the movie has been filmed is much like that of Paranormal activity in the way that the cast of the movie are acting as the camera man, in this case it got the audience more involved with the cast of the film and they could connect with them on a closer level.

The last hour of so of the film had me at the edge of my seat as it was unpredictable and I wasn't sure what was going to happen next in the storyline, even know that I had watched the trailer before hand. It was action packed right up to the last minute of the movie and this what changed my view of the film as most films have moments of action but they are not like that most of the way through the movie. I like the storyline of this movie as it is just average teenagers that gain the powers that these guys have, I wish I could do some of the stuff they could, would be so much easier to get around :).

Very good film, a little slow to get started but after that the film is action packed right up to the credits, will have you at the edge of your seat once you have got into the film. Paranormal Activity style filming, involving the audience more with the cast. Good storyline

An excellent movie to watch with your teenagers! Normally I dilike the shaking of cameras but this is an acception. Great editing as well as awesome acting. Don't really want to say to much and spoil it for first time watchers but I will say this..Get the popcorn ready!

Its not a bad film to be honest.Could do with a bit more explanation in the storytelling.The script and acting are okay.Though to portray this as anything more than an average sci/fy film would be a lie.It has some good action scenes and they do go towards saving the film a bit,but overall its a film you watch once and forget about fairly quickly.

Awesome movie. I was hesitant to watch it at first thinking it would be the predictable good guys vs. bad guys movie as all super-power movies tend to be...not at all! It was very good. Very believable, realistic and funny. The story grew and the climax was phenomenal and quite emotional. Only complaint I have it ended too soon. I hope for a sequel. Everyone should give it a watch. HARD 10/10

This film was great. The build was slow but important. In fact, the film could have taken more time to build on the characters, flesh out the origin of power more(not much backstory and a few subplots seemed to trail off, ie person outside window at fork scene), and give a longer film. In all the film was too short, that is the one big flaw. This may be due to the (i do not like this term) Blair Witch style camera work, fearing the audience would grow tired possibly, and the fact that they used ever camera idea they could think of (security cam footage, other people with cameras, setting the camera down, news footage, handing the camera to others, and floating the camera with abilities). I almost wish they would have abandoned the idea at some point, it almost seemed they were going to. But the tactic does not kill the film nor take much away. Anime fans may wonder if this is a tribute to or influenced by Akira, as did I at a few points. But would have to have gone way deeper for that. The story is great, the acting is good, the filming is great, the biggest complaint is that the film could have been longer. This is my first review. Did not know about this film until discussed in chatbox, then went on hunt for trailer, and now letmewatchthis.ch has let me watch this. Thank you. 4/5 for me. And it makes me wish for an Akira movie now........

I watched this today and I regreted it.This is an amalgamation of the usual superpower cliched rubbish that is flooding the film industry these last few years.Is it new...no,Has it brought a different angle to that which we have seen recently,no.The sfx are...what you expect,poor considering the available technology.The actors I have no doubt are breaking the trade description act by describing themselves as actors.Watch,do not expect to be enthralled.Dissapointing and very poor,simple as.The chronicle is chronic...sorry could not help that.
