Pretty slow movie, one of those movies that makes little sense and you are no better off at the end of the movie than when you started.

I thought this movie wasn't executed well. The plot lags and they refuse to explained why the main character acts like a meth addict. It's more disturbing and boring than anything. This movie missed the mark for me. I just skipped the last 20 minutes of the movie and found out what happens in the end. I couldn't waste anymore time on it. This movie is not recommended because it's a confusing, slow and has a stupid plot!

The movie wasn't horrible but definitely not great. Loved how and where it was filmed, because of this, the atmosphere is set for the movie. What messes it up in my opinion is that they took a decent story line and dragged it to death. So sad, had so much possibility. Okay for a one time watch but that's about it. 3/5

Not bad, bit more of a thriller than horror but I liked it nonetheless. It's def worth a watch. The ending is great, wonder if there will be a sequel?

Really good! Watch if you like old school psychological horror films. Don't watch if you like horror films full of action, jumpy scenes, gore, demons and monsters. The Occupant is creepy, mysterious and atmospheric. I can can see fans of Roman Polanski's "The Tenant" liking this film. Personally I'll be looking to get this on DVD.

This is okay for a one time watch, not one to buy but good. I thought the ending was good.

One of the worst movies out there. Twelve days? Could have been done and probably was done in one day. Moving on...
