This is a bad imitation of Groundhog Day ( 1993 Directed by Harold Ramis / Bill Murray actor). However it can be watched just for the sake of Amy Smart for once! ( Which I did why :) ) It is one of those films that makes your heart warm. Nevertheless, I have to say it is not one of Amy`s best though. PS : When you have time, I recommend you to watch Groundhog Day.
