Lol Okie im 22 years old and have seen the older hellraiser movies.... The much older ones lol. And i thought to be honest they were CRAP!!! But this one... Ya bad acting i will give u guys that one.. But i loves the gory, a lot of blood... Loved that part. Story line sucked 2. But hell ya cant have it all now can ya?

The acting was not that great, but I have seen worse. Not really the same without Doug Bradley. I did see a few comments on a few sites. One from Clive Barker himself...... Recent statements from Clive Barker have shown his disdain for the upcoming eighth sequel and reiterated that he has no connection to it: "Hello,my friends. I want to put on record that the flic out there using the word Hellraiser IS NO ***KIN' CHILD OF MINE!

it was ok for a one time watch but a real disapointment in quality compared to the origionals and as for the new pinhead that was just a fail 5/10

Seen this a few months back and it destroys the name hellraiser.. If your a PinHead fan as i am then you MUST skip this. 1.5/10 the .5 is because im generous...

Cenobites Pinhead: Make-up is not as detailed and gory as the originals. The Acting from this character is absolutely horrible. The original pinhead, played by Doug Bradley, gave you chills when he talked and when you saw him, and this one did the exact opposite. Pseudo-Pinhead: Stupid Idea altogether. His make-up however is pretty good. Acting isn't great but isn't horrible. Chatterbox: Now This personally is my favorite Cenobite. But I'm pretty sure it is a woman playing her, which pisses me off, lol. Overall Ratings Acting: 5/10 Gore: 8/10 Dialogue: 4/10 Actors: I want to punch the casting director in the mouth. Watch and compare it yourself. I will not watch this again.

Was this supposed to be the "BIG" new Hellraiser re-boot I've heard so much about? If this was it, they failed big time. Bad movie. An apparently rejected "Hellraiser" script from 1998 acted out by a group of people who read "Acting for Dummies" a couple of times. Please don't waste your time here and just watch the original again! Thank you

This franchise lost It's luster over the years but a decent watch,story Is slightly different from the rest. If you're a fan you may not like It but It's entertaining,give It a look see 3/5

It was a good movie for a one time watch...

was an so-so movie. Nothing like original but wasnt expecting it to be. The first couple were awesome but well, it goes downhill from there, as do all the classics, Freddy, jason, halloween etc 4/10

This is an Insult to the previous Hellraiser Films(Particularly the first 4 films)If i were the Director of this Garbage I would assume the traditional name of' Alan Smithie' to hide the fact.Hellraiser 4 Bloodline is better than this by far.I said it once and I'll say it again-Robert Englund Made Freddy Krugar,Kane Hodder Made Jason Voorhees,and Doug Bradley Made Pinhead.Doug Bradley Essayed the epitome of ultimate Evil in His portrayel of Pinhead almost like an actor doing shakespeare.This new Pinhead(YAWN)is just plain Boring.1/5 and this is more than a fair rating for this time waster.Sequels Indeed.If this is #9 then this movie should effectively Bury the Franchise.

This is so bad that it really hurts to see what started as masterpieces of the genre (meaning part I and II) had turn into fastfoward me and see only the interesting parts if they are any. Poof, yuk, eew, bla, snuff, cowplop, wheeze, disgorge...

quality is decent for the sockshare link. i am not a follower of the series so i won't comment on continuity or compare to others ...this was probably 6/10 for me

This is straight to dvd and it not a good movie. It was all over the place and had bad acting. Pinhead of course was not good.
