National Geographic: Hunt for the Abominable Snowman: Across the Himalayas are stories of the yeti, or abominable snowman. Half man, half ape, the yeti is said to roam only the most remote peaks, where people rarely venture. Now, veteran explorer and climber Gerry Moffatt sets out to find proof in a hunt that will test his stamina. As conventional scientific theories challenge ancient beliefs and credible witnesses, he works to separate fact from fiction and find hard evidence that the legend is real. |

Pretty good documentary about Big Foot or The Abominable Snowman or what ever you want to call it... It's good to know that people are still looking for this King of Camouflage...but it seems to me that if your not tiring to find it...it will find you so watch your back.

Interesting documentary but I am kinda getting tired of all the documentaries that discuss the myth, conjecture and hearsay of the Yeti or BigFoot. It seems that anyone can film a documentary with lots of 'what ifs' but have little proof these days. As a believer I don't need to see the proof but still I wouldn't mind watching one documentary that has more to say than the rest so far.

Very good doc. Lots of things in the world we don't know. Science claims to have all the answers but science isn't always correct. Interesting info involved in the documentary.

Weather you're in Tumbler Ridge, Banff, Washington state or N. California; or for that matter anywhere along the 'Rocky Mtn. chain. If you ever hear the screams, the mocking jokes aren't funny anymore. I've heard them, and it scares the willies out'a me. Hopefully, someone, somewhere, shoots one and proves beyond the shaddow of a doubt.
