Watch A Bronx Tale: Gangster Sonny is the big man in the Bronx neighborhood of an Italian small boy named Calogero. A shooting witnessed by the boy (nicknamed C) is the starting point of a lasting bond between the gangster and the boy. Father (bus driver Lorenzo), however, disapproves. C grows up under the wing of both men, torn between his own natural honesty and his fascination with Sonny. C's neighborhood cronies get involved in theft, use of guns, and racial fights. When C falls for an African American girl, things don't get any easier. C's leap to manhood is marked by tragedy, but also by his recognition of the many faces of love. |

I wasn't originally a big fan of Chazz Palminteri but this movie certainly changed my opinion of him, he really aint that bad:) 6.8/10 Robert De Niro directed this movie perfectly unlike this later movie The Good Shepherd, De Niro was also great acting wise in this movie:D This movie is a great tale and it's a different way they look at gangsters I feel in this movie. Plus the Joe Pesci cameo was great nothing wrong with a little Pesci. It's a great story and very interesting. I'm sure if you like crime movies you'll like this one, oh and I love the little speech De Niro gives to his son in this THE WORKING MAN IS THE TOUGH GUY!!!!!

A truly great film with enduring messages. Really cool 1960's soundtrack. Amazing directing from Robert DeNiro, who also stars. Masterfully written by Chazz Palminteri, who also stars. Great performances all around. There are so many brilliant scenes that have stayed with me for years.

I love Robert De Niro. This is a fantastic movie. Watch it countless times, and it never gets old. Definitely 10/10. Acting is just about perfect!
