I'm a huge fan of J Horror, and this is, probably, in my top ten. They [Japanese film directors] have a way when in comes to directing horror films; they know what to do and when to it, without being over-the-top silly.

I jumped. I always do. But overall this isn't a very good movie.

I remember watching this movie with my bodybuilder friend and at one point in the movie, I turned to look at him and saw him covering his face with his hands and peeking behind them - that's how scary this movie is. Watch it with caution.

This movie was ok for me. It has a good story and is,in my opinion,worth a watch. I'd give this one a 7/10.

A Megavideo link would be great. Stageview and Veehd take so utterly long to load, it's frustrating!

This is definitely much better than the American version, if only because of the emotional scenes. Moreover, the plot doesn't hit you in the face. There are subtle underplots that are woven in that you might only realize until later. This is the sort of movie that you will want to watch again, because each time you watch, you realize something new. For example, you don't realize how distinctly creepy and how significant the title scene is until you watch the movie through a second time. The quietly creepy scenes and the build-up of tension makes this movie refreshingly eerie instead of gory. This is probably the only time I've EVER teared up (not from laughter) at a horror movie.
